my last job was literally working on a voiceover / localization import tool. I was considering if I should make something similar for others to use (building from scratch, because corpo agreements from an investor meant I had to destroy everything on my own computer when I got laid off) but seeing this...

The brazenness of this quote, along with him describing live service as some sort of exciting "technology shift" has just kind of had me at a loss for words all morning. In a just world, this guy should be facing a chorus of Boos and a storm of tomatoes being hurled at him.
