It didn't have a Sega CD version, but there was a PC version with really great CD audio music. This hack works by having you put the original PC game disc in the Sega CD while booting the game off a Genesis flashcart. As it turns out I own a Genesis flashcart and a copy of the PC game I found at a thrift store for a dollar a few years ago, so I gave it a go, and it honestly works great. Sets the mood really well.1
