I've written code to do Bluetooth Low Energy stuff on Linux and good god did I have to dig through so many different websites, specs, sections in the same spec, back and forth to understand anything. It's just layers upon layers, overengineered to the point of incomprehension. I printed out the manual to get a better handle on it by actually being able to thumb through it and flip back and forth.

Let me say that again.

I NEVER print things. The last time I printed out something for future reference that wasn't just a ticket or something was...uh...like 15 years ago? Maybe?

Bluetooth makes my brain hurt.
