I would gladly pay $70 for a video game if it meant a) crunch would end or b) the actual people working on the game would see even a shred of that extra $10, and neither of those is true. pure greed from the top

hope yall are ready for nintendo to put out a switch successor and boost all their first-party prices to $70, on a platform that's infamous for games never going on sale, while no material conditions for developers and contract workers at nintendo actually improve

I'd almost consider 70 if it meant the game would be complete and full but that's never the case. Games were already practically over 60 anyway due to DLC and such, and I felt most games weren't worth 60 anyway. There's a game I would've bought that came out this year that was then announced to be 70 dollars with 70 dollar DLC. and that killed my desire for it instantly
