You used to be able to stumble upon a mysterious mirror in your eccentric uncle's attic and we were all okay with it. No one's immersion was ruined because the protagonist got hit by a truck in chapter 1.
I do think to paraphrase one of the comments on here the answer is "it's easier to imagine dying in a car accident than quitting your job."
I've just been reminded that it's nearing February and I've not even started on a Valentines piece. . . I really do just have no concept of time. I think my internal clock's been broken since forever ago :']
These are Asian Bleeding-hearts and just look at them :'] Look at how aesthetic they are! It's just unfortunate that they're toxic....
Thinking about the time I accidentally came out to my older cousin. We were playing wii sports, but for the switch (so switch sports?) and we were playing the sword fighting mini game and I was getting absurdly into it. I have no fricken clue what my cousin said that prompted this but I said something like -- "I'm neither girl nor boy! You can't put me in a box, can't put me in a box!" Maybe it had something to do with my avatar, since I normally use "female" avatars, but this time I'd used the "male" avatar.
I was still swinging my switch remote but when I finished my stomach just dropped. To this day I have no idea if he even realized what I said because he never even brought that up afterwards or even to this day.
