So many to choose from. Hagfish, maybe? Angler fish mating is pretty horrifying (the males don't have stomachs so they become like a weird tumor on the females). Bobbitt worms are terrifying for several reasons, and I feel like no one has taken advantage of them for horror creature designs, properly. They're perfect horrible sand worm inspo.
