vented to my partner like my therapist said i should do 🫡 idk how much it helped with my stress, but it was nice allowing myself to have that sort of interaction with my partner and seeing it go well

#lately we've been having stress breakdowns at the same time and kinda exacerbating each other's bc it's hard to be patient and helpful when you're also losing it #so my therapist challenged me to vent preemptively - which would probably go smoothly - instead of bottling everything up till i lose it - which goes poorly which makes me feel like sharing those emotions with my partner is a bad idea bc it always goes poorly doesn't it so i bottle everything up till i lose it and-
