nooo.... people really underestimate how difficult kickstarter fulfillment is 😔 all of your add-ons are whole products you have to create on top of the kickstarted thing, and then keeping the sheer quantity of merchandise and orders organized....
Yeah, and she was having some issues with keeping up before doing the kickstarter too. 😬 It was an unfortunate decision and sadly I don't think the business is coming back, but now is has a ton of of customers who never got their stuff and have been waiting months for a refund.
