good news: got two tasks done yesterday! went to bed on time! woke up at a reasonable time too!
bad news: even though i got a bit more than 9 hours of sleep last night and felt well-rested upon waking up, three hours later i am soo sleepytired....
my first guess is, i've been napping so much because i'm depressed, and i got used to those naps over the last week or two so it's just going to take a couple no-nap days for my body to stop anticipating them
but my second guess is i genuinely need that much sleep bc i've got some lingering covid fatigue?
sucks that the solution to the first scenario is to stick to a strict sleep routine with consistent wake-up times and no naps, but the solution to the second is to get as much rest as possible. so guessing wrong in either direction would be actively detrimental. bwahh
