yknow, i feel like the first time i made chicken in the new air fryer it was really really good, but i've been doing a worse and worse job lately? like the texture is all fucked up from overcooking but if i cook it for any less it's raw. i feel like this happens to me a lot with cooking, first time i looked up an oyakodon recipe it turned out so yummy but these days i try to make it and it's like. sort of fine. when my partner started teaching me how to make beef stroganoff i did pretty good but then i started fucking up broth ratios and making the beef all tough and stringy.
i can't even tell if i'm actually doing worse or just becoming less amazed and more critical, but either way, no wonder cooking is so discouraging for me 😫
