mascha is a tired 30something who is house sitting for her grandmas in an unfamiliar town.
during the day, she will walk around and talk to the various inhabitants of the town. she doesnt know anybody here and somehow that takes the pressure of Social off a bit.
early in the story she becomes acquainted with the concept of "toy time". this is, of course, that famous & so special hour that happens every night where all the world's toys get to walk around & have a good time.
its not like a total isekai or anything, but the world does become a little more dangerous and abstract during toy time. might be fun to wander around and see what's changed!
