I finished the audiobooks for the first two Discworld books, The Color of Magic and The Light Fantastic, and watched the BBC adaptations, which are -ok-. Nothing amazing but fun to watch.
As was half watching, I looked up other Pratchett adaptations and found out about Troll Bridge, a 2019 short that adapts one of Pratchett's short stories that follows Cohen the Barbarian. Maybe this is old news to Discworld fans, but it was great. Maybe some of the CGI isn't great, but it's an independent studio so that can be forgiven.
If you like Discworld at all, check it out. It's on YouTube and about 20 minutes long (followed by an amazing folk song, 'The What Cohen Did Next Song'.)
