In her years working in a diner, Dana's seen about everything. She's a bit surly, but is good at what she does. Granted, having such a helpful tail makes things a lot easier. I'm pretty sure she can refill your coffee from clear across the place with it. She also makes a mean pot of coffee, guaranteed to put a spring (well, more a bounce, really) in your step.
