Had a random power surge last night and now our Internet is straight up not working. Like the modem isn't connecting to the internet. Our ISP was no fucking help and a tech is supposed to call me in like 30 min. Otherwise soonest they will get out here is THURSDAY. I ain't going without internet for 4 days. Anyone maybe know why shits not working?
And before you ask: yes. I've tried turning it off and on again. 4 times
