a ftiend attempted to make that argument at me today and I just had to sit and watch as she claimed both that 1) asexuality is basically just an adjective so it doesn’t deserve the same consideration as allosexual identities and that 2) lesbianism doesn’t actually have anything to do with sexuality* in an attempt to justify it and I literally cannot anymore
*I neglected to ask what it does in fact mean if that’s the case. Like, are you saying it’s some kind of fucking aesthetic?????
