Huh! I'm digging through my old art/project folders and it looks like the last time I actually built a website was. Back in 2015. The final website I built for school. 8 years ago.
This is only significant because my memory is CATASTROPHICALLY bad and I constantly forget that I'm actually good at skills and yet not once and not even a little has my web design knowledge or confidence faded despite EIGHT WHOLE YEARS WITHOUT PRACTICE and I think it's entirely because everytime I look at a non-social-media website (which is very often actually because I read a lot of webcomics) I'm looking at it through the lense of what I've learned and taking mental notes about certain design choices.
