Sleep is hard for Many Reasons, and I can't speak for anyone else, but I struggle to get to sleep in the first place because my brain stays way too active, especially if I'm so excited about whatever I'm doing before I try and crawl in that I don't even feel tired. It takes me bare minimum a full hour no matter what because of that, and it SUCKS. Not to mention I have to be in the PERFECT conditions or else I can't sleep at ALL. ADHD/Autism's probably the culprit if I'm being as fair to myself as possible. What's even worse though is if I want to wake up in the morning I have to force myself to or else I'll be waking up at like 5pm. Literally after I post this I'm gonna crawl in for a short nap because I'm tired enough already that my vision's getting wobbly.
(fun fact my username isn't even in reference to my sleep issues but rather the fact that I'm tired all the time for Various Other Reasons :D)
