fried chicken strips
shredded cheese
tomatoes
lettuce
dressing (blue cheese, honey mustard, buffalo ranch, whatever)
coarsely chop each solid ingredient and portion ingredients to your liking atop the tortilla, fold the sides inward as to make two ears, then fold the middle over itself two-thirds of the way and roll from the fold to the edge for a secure wrap.
