just a silly little creature

  • they/them

a 30-something cat creature with gender confusion
I really like PSO1, Elder Scrolls, weird old games, prog music, mac and cheese, and other things but I'm really bad at remembering stuff when I want to make a list
I wish I could be isekai'd into a world that sucked slightly less

My favorite (I actually hate it) thing when a popular creator becomes an undesirable is when people come crawling out of the woodworks to say "how could anyone actually like them in the first place? I knew from the first time I saw them that they sucked." Like, yeah a lot of times when someone does something super shitty like abuse or being a sex pest, sometimes you can get that vibe off of someone. But just shitting on people for liking James Somerton's stuff before the hbomberguy video seems really shitty. "If you're a queer person who doesn't have much media literacy..." Love to directly insult people who may already be incredibly embarrassed about this.

there's always a sour grapes phenomenon where people can't deal with the cognitive dissonance of having liked something that turned out to be bad or the creator turned out to be problematic so they say it was never good in the first place (which is probably true in this case, but also has the implication that they never could've liked it)
