It's mostly first impressions, i've been using it for like, 2 days. I think what's standing out the most so far is that csp is definitely an artsier program if that makes any sense. Photoshop always felt like more of an image editing software.
I liked the free brushes that i could download from their app, and selection also seems to work better. In ps i felt like i had to stamp out any 2 pixels of space in the lineart for magic wand to work properly. Also ink functions seem pretty advanced with color blending and stuff, but I haven't tested it out properly so far, I've yet to get into the nitty gritty of painting.
That being said, the biggest hurdle is definitely adapting to shortcut and setting changes, it seems like CSP treats pen pressure differently (?)
Oh yes, csp has some lovely features that have made my life easier quite a few times.
I always thought it was interesting, that PS was such a huge thing for digital artists seeing as it is intended as a photo manipulation program. I also always found it a little intimitating, both the program itself and its pricing 😂
Although, now that csp switched over to a subsription model, not a great argument. (🏴☠️ cough cough)
I'm ashamed to admit that I barely use shortcuts (I love making things harder for myself) but I think you can edit them. Pen pressure I can't say. Only point for reference I have is procrearte and that's on a whole different device, so not a great comparison.
I got the lifetime license for CSP, so no subscription for now thankfully. Unless they add some life-changing stuff i'll probably stick with it for a long while. I hear a lot of good things about procreate too... still no pc release sadly

Nope, fully rawdogging this. Now that I have a huge tablet it takes even longer to drag my hand across the screen. I should really start forcing myself to use them. But since I haven’t memorised the buttons yet it takes longer than using them on the screen.
I also had a one time purchase license but since I switched fully to Linux I had massive issues redeeming said license. So I had to get creative and I might has well get the newest version.
I frankly don’t think procreate will ever make it to pc since it is so build and optimised for iPads. All the gestures alone feel very hard to translate. And honestly, procreates brush engine is terrible. I love it for sketching on the go but I wouldn’t put myself through fully rendering something voluntarily.

In-game I feel like ppl overlook her because she's mostly seen as beginner-level, but i recently grew fond of her and her lazy/horny attitude. I also do like her being BR rep while not using green and yellow on everything
