Come for the good vibes and attractive characters, stay for the story full of surprises and fun twists.

Honestly, it looks pretty decent. Something about the presentation here seems pretty compelling. Plus it helps that it's, y'know, a show. And not a huge, long game that you might be on the fence about.
Of course, Hulu for America usually means Disney Plus or something more widely used elsewhere.
I've been waiting to see how this anime adaptation turned out and...
It's fine. Could be worse. We'll see if it gets better as the plot comes into shape. But for now, I'd still recommend checking out the manga first. The art there (along with pretty much everything else) is criminally good for something kinda slept on.
