Depends on my mood and what I'm using. If it's my phone and I'm just out and happen to see something I like, then nope. I'll just snap as many as I want until I get the desired angle/effect. If I have my DSLR and am specifically out to take pictures, I'm usually wearing the rattiest piece of crap I'm looking to get rid of anyway. At that point, all bets are off. I'll climb trees, roll around in the dirt or even build ramshackle structures to get what I need. For this shot specifically, I definitely kneeled in some mud.
