Yeah it's aggravating because I know they're capable, but it's an attitude issue. and they have a toxic attitude about how they approach their work.

Thanks for reading this nonsense, and keep up with your stuff!!!

Yeah. I tend to surround myself with people that want to make stuff and complain less. Many years ago I used to be around a group of people who just spent time complaining about not being good, not getting stuff done, etc and actually not bothering to do anything about it. I try to help people a lot but that environment used to have a negative impact on me and I moved on a healthier more productive space with people like you and others who love to make stuff and just have joy for what they do, regardless of skill or anything else. So yeah, you inspire me to keep creating stuff as well so keep at it!

For me, I love when people share stuff, whether well done complete image or a scribble, its an idea that's been given forth to the world and that's always a great thing in my mind. It's not a competition, its like restaurants if anything. Find your own niche and people will come to your establishment. There's room for tacos and burgers to co-exist, lol.

There's for sure a genre of artist that just, can never say anything positive about their own work. It sucks because a lot of times they're actually REALLY good, but for whatever reason they can ONLY see the bad things and ONLY speak negatively about it. I've talked with some that basically said everything they've done is crap.... sometime after I had gotten art from them. Art I really liked actually! Basically kinda saying "Yeah you think it's good but it's actually shit", about their own work.

It's absolutely exhausting. For sure not worth dealing with that if people start dumping that on you when you show them your own stuff.

It's absolutely not possible but I wish it was easier to, convey and emotional understanding of how other people perceive their work.

it's better to let them be, and surround yourself with ppl that care for u. Anyway, I don't have any wiser words or anything that helps much, so I'm sending ya a big virtual hug, and many head pats, U cool and surrounding yourself with that kind of ppl will sink u down rather than motivate u as well

I appreciate you greatly. I love your business and your work, your talent, your honesty. I've paid attention to how you're immersed in communication with your fans and everything. I think you're awesome. I'm sorry you've dealt with tough connections with people. I wish the better for you moving forward. Thank you for being great.
