What's important is the message it sends and also the way it shifts what's expected of D politicians. If Biden was allowed to walk the picket line, then any of them can be expected to if they feel like it.
It does also reflect other policy changes, the way the NLRB has been run under him has been a huge change and very productive.
The railway strike break is still definitely a stain though.
