I am comically out of shape. 15 minute jog + 15 minute walk (alternating every 1 minute for 30 minutes)
Basically exhausts me mentally and physically for 3 hours afterward.
Still doing it though.

Gotta keep it up and level it up. It does take a while to build endurance.
i hate having a body i can't wait to have our brains moved to robots tbh
