If Biden loses re-election, who would you expect to win? I haven't heard of any democrats running in opposition, and we all know we CAN'T have the other guy...
Generic Democrat in 2023 and even Q1 2024 polls beat Trump. They've known for a while and decided for whatever reason to stick with Biden. Mostly because they are banking on the idea of a crisis forcing people to vote for Biden over Trump. Because he isn't Trump.
But that isn't going to turn people out to the polls. They're just going abstain.
The uncommitted movement literally just wants Biden to oppose Israel's military. Asking a DEMOCRAT TO OPPOSE GENOCIDE, is not a purity test.
Anyway, going back to the Generic Dem vs Biden vs Trump stuff:
Even someone as generally divisive as Gavin Newsom would at least excite the Democratic voting base.
If I could pick literally anybody, it would Shawn Fain, but he has no interest in being a US President.
