I have resumed playing Fzero MaxVelocity and Fzero99. The rubberbanding in MaxV is still buttfuckingly stupid.

Why: Their cruising speeds are too low, and activate the rubberbanding more frequently, and are harder to recover from.
The rubberbanding in Max Velocity is uniquely annoying. It activates the most during a turn, specifically to ram you during the turn. There will be a conga line of up to 3 vehicles who will fly off their racing line in order to ram you for up to 35% to 45% damage in a split second of AI bullshit.
The other cars though, have such a high cruising speed that you can mitigate this type of assault, or are like the Sly Joker, which benefits greatly from being rammed. It's like a free boost every time.
FZ99 is fun, and the new event has brought all the sweats out from the ether. It's fun, but extremely high-pressure gaming lol.
