While Gex is undoubtedly the killer app for the 3DO, PO'ed is a close second! As a bonus, this version doesn't suffer from the awful texture warping of the Playstation port, at the cost of running worse overall IIRC.

This, along with PO'ed, were what made me morbidly curious about the 3DO as a wee child. Something about the gross-out edginess made games like this (and the systems they were being sold on) seem so much more "mature" or adult to my childhood mind.
While I would later play PO'ed (surprisingly solid!), I don't believe I've ever tried Cyberdillo. It's not even the bad reviews that have kept me from playing it, either, but the billion other obscure retrogames demanding my time.
