Oh my good god.
Side D of the Undertale Vinyl is just a single song, Dogsong. The paper case for it shows the Annoying Dog dancing, and the characters dancing sprites are lasered into the vinyl
Adorable.

A sleepy dog. I like video games and I'm sad a lot.

On the original iam8bit version of the Undertale soundtrack, Dogsong was its own 7-inch single. They did the same trick of having the song loop for the duration of the single, and the other side had a lasered design. It's cute!
Wait a sec - that's not just a picturedisc, that's a zoetrope with sprites! Have you tried playing it with them facing up and an adjustable strobe light? Then you've got an Undertale dance party!
I DID play it, it moved too fast to make them out unfortunately. I'd need to try on a turntable with super adjustable speed.
Apparently if you can download a strobe app for your phone’s light and set it to 30 Hz, you can see it (with the record playing at normal speed) — or you can shine a bright light and look through your phone camera’s 60Hz display. https://youtube.com/watch?v=WMEq-7Y1prc&feature=share
