This kind of stuff is the essential charm of the Iga-vania games rather than any particularly well-designed gameplay or worlds like in Metroid. The chapel in SoTN or the piano fairy in Bloodstained also come to mind.
My fav is definitely the Waiter Skeleton from Aria of Sorrow, who wears a little fancy waiter outfit and serves you a plate of steaming hot curry. Grab his soul and use the curry attack to capture the Yeti's soul!
