I was looking up something about a new Magolor plush I'd heard about and randomly found... this.

There's some nice things in there. Metroid Prime remaster just coming the hell out of nowhere was certainly something. I've already got that on the Wii and honestly that game looked great on the GameCube as it was. A special Magolor epilogue in the Kirby Return to Dreamland thing with New Content is making me consider checking out that particular version of the game, even though I've got it on Wii already, because more content featuring the cute cloaked egg is always a plus, on top of all those weird minigames. Also noting that We Heart Katamari is also getting remastered, which I've got that on PS2, but this one also has New Content. Why am I so focused on remasters? Oh yeah, so is the industry. Also when the game WAS the game. Oh and Advance Wars remaster is back on track to release, whether or not the reason they delayed it has been resolved. And Ghost Trick is back, also remastered.

Given there's other GameCube game remasters on the way, I'm thinking they're going that direction instead of GameCube emulation on Nintendo Switch Online Super Plus Expand Dong or whatever. The ideal outcome if they go this way is they remaster Chibi-Robo on GameCube and then bring over the two DS games with updated controls included in that. Yes, there's two of those. Of course one didn't get brought over because they didn't know what to do with that thing that became a series somehow, and serves as the Mother 3 of that series except it got two more games that strayed further from God's light what worked for the games. Because the other DS game was a Wal-Mart exclusive for whatever reason.

As far as not remasters, well... There's also stuff. I'm not sure what the Splatoon 3 DLC is, a new lobby or what else is it adding? Special campaign expansion is not yet. Also new Professor Layton, which is cool, but I haven't played a lot of these as it is but that's nice anyway. Pikmin 4 has footage now. And Nintendo is joining the $70 USD game club with the new Zelda, so good luck getting that for any less. I guess they have that weird voucher program. There's more stuff but that's all I feel like writing.
