Spotted this Red-Backed Jumping Spider at work! Don't think I've ever seen one before, but seems like they're common enough that it was essentially the first search result for "black spider with red circle on back".

That has the fun note for me of if you search that term in australia you just get a lot of results about redback spiders
ooh, yeah those seem like a whole different kettle of fish. Wild photo on the wikipedia page with one of them having caught a small lizard.
