I think he'd be very hesitant to say anything. I think he knows a lot of his RA comrades would immediately be trying to help him trans his species somehow. So would Luffy. And Sabo, of course, stalwartly refuses to put himself before the cause or before anyone he cares about, so no one has any fucking idea about his identity except him.
