I've been keeping my fan obesk fairly "unimportant" and that's still kind of true for Mivan since he didn't go to Earth, but back on Obeski I think he's a somewhat well-known figure. practically all research on obesk parasites coming out of Ekiva has his name on it somewhere. if Obeski has anything like the scientific names we use here, Mivan totally has a species of secri named after them. and the public perception of their personality is basically just "Obeski's most joyless vel". which is not entirely inaccurate.
