One should consider the kind of space they inhabit, feel the room, understand the impression it leaves on one's self. A room can be cold, warm, electric, flat, friendly, hostile, a crowd, sparse, and perhaps encouraging if one is lucky.

If twitter was a room, it would be a shitty metal box.

I feel like the kind of thoughts I want to shout into the void aren't suitable on the blue bird site, so here I am. I want the room I inhabit to feel warm. I feel like I have warmth to share. I don't think I had the right environment to do that previously, and perhaps this is it.

I can only hope there will be spaces online that value experiences and emotions more than quip, more than producing content for the sake of consumption. I value that, and this seems like an honest attempt, so why not give it a go?

I don't know how much I will use this room, but this is a start.

I want you, dear reader, to be unfiltered. I don't want no hateful bs tho, I just want some like, genuine emotions and feelings that are untethered by the need to appeal to a very specific audience, or to get those juicy deicious *NUMberS*

tldr; maybe you should use twitter if you want just a short snippet, maybe it is best to read those long-ass paragraphs instead of settling for condensed tweets. I think there is plenty to learn from others that isn't a compressed meme (I still love them) or a jab at something. I'm just... tired of it I guess. I prefer delving into deeper thoughts. I like the long-winded conversations.
