The central character is Hasegawa, object of sexual desire for 3 other students at an all girls high school. Aiba was her girlfriend in middle school, but cheated on her. Nomiya is their kouhai and Hasegawa's current girlfriend. Akazawa sits next to Hasegawa in class.
Aiba has a reputation for seducing 1st year girls and making out with them on the school premises, but she's also having sex with the teacher who is supposed to discipline her. Hasegawa is the closest thing Aiba has to a friend, but their previous relationship and how it ended isn't exactly water under the bridge for either of them.
Hasegawa is a sub, and Nomiya is her dom, but it's one of those dynamics where the dom is playing quite a fragile, light touch role and it's the sub's desires that really steers things. Nomiya knows Aiba is a temptation. Akazawa getting involved complicates the relationships further.
It's closer to comedy than a serious, emotional drama. Put another way, the characters behave badly, really pushing boundaries, and the audience is meant to enjoy that, rather than worry about them hurting each other.
Practically every chapter is charged with sexual tension, usually combined with shame, frustration or envy. Kurosaki Rendou's art style is great for a story like this. It constantly looks horny, despite the sex being actually shown quite sparingly (in the story itself at least—there are omake color illustrations of the characters having sex).
