Sukima is a series running in Japanese in Comic Beam about a Taiwanese woman studying in Okinawa. Taiwanese politics is a big part of what it's about, while connecting that in a grounded way to level of the personal, and chapters 7 and 8 include how Taiwan was the first Asian country to legalize same-sex marriage.
