When I see "one-man" (ワンマン) being used in Japanese for a gig by an idol group made up of several women, I wonder whether there's a term in linguistics it would be come under, such as a term for words that have evolved to encompass meanings that contradict the root.

there is a japanese-specific term "wasei eigo" for this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wasei-eigo (this page also points to "pseudo-loanwords or pseudo-anglicisms" being the more general terms)
I'm kind of hoping there's something more specific. The way "juice" in Japanese has widened to be used colloquially for soft drinks regardless of whether they contain juice would be another example of the kind of false friend I'm thinking of.
Rather than having multiple acts on the bill, it's just one act.
