The imagery is amazing. It takes me back to when Les Maîtres du temps blew my mind as a kid.
But I don't feel tuned in at all to how it approaches telling the story of the characters. It's like I might as well be watching it in a language I don't understand, that's how emotionally distant I feel from them. I'll keep going and hope I just need to get used to it or something.
