Published by Viz Media in English as How Do We Relationship?

One of the longest running GL manga. It begins with Saeko and Miwa starting university, becoming friends, joining a band together, coming out each other as lesbians and trying to start a relationship. The series is largely concerned with the difficulties of making relationships work.

In chapter 5, Miwa and Saeko go on a date to Sumida Aquarium. It's marking their 1 month anniversary and it's important to Miwa that they have a romantic date. Whereas Saeko is complaining about being tired and Miwa feels she's killing the mood. Miwa is exasperated at Saeko's little skit in which a Napoleon fish plays the role of Miwa. However, it also makes her laugh. This leads into a kiss from Saeko.

I really like the characterization put into this scene. It's setting up the nature of the incompatibility between Miwa and Saeko, contrasting their personalities, both showing natural forms of immaturity, but it makes that point without really killing the charm of the date.

At the end of the date, Saeko wants to them to stop at a love hotel. Miwa is taken aback at the suggestion that they would have sex so soon, after dating for a mere month. Doesn't everyone wait for about 3?
