Okay, so I looked this up and they're definitely overcharging. The physical version of Neon White they sell is a $20 markup. Plus, they're adding in some junk that most people probably don't want, like when you want to get a new console and can only find it at GameStop bundled with Madden and an extra controller.

I mean, the case is probably a bit junk-y, but most of those games I've either heard about and wanted to play, or have played and loved. So the gaming side of it seems like good value to me, especially since it's a physical product and not simply download codes.

FWIW, the only games I'd not heard of are Hindsight and If Found.

I would even be willing to swallow that pill if the damn games were on the cartridge. No reason to buy them now outside of a deep digital discount.

That and the PC version is gimped. No mouse and keyboard controls, plus people are saying it's locked to 720p (that can't be true...can it?)

Shit, I just saw the cartridge only has the 4 8-bit games actually on the cartridge, which is probably less than 4-5mb? Even the smallest 4 gig cartridge could easily fit Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2 on that same cartridge, with room to spare. How fucking lazy Konami!

Ok ... sometimes they also release the stuff in Europe later, I'll hold on to that hope. 200 for a cart is way too much, and that doesn't even cover import taxes and shipping.

Yeah, I get it. It's a lot to drop at once, regardless of if it's a deal/value. I'm just impressed they went for a cartridge big enough to fully fit all of the games. I'm honestly thinking about it, but I'm not sure yet.
Maybe a different company will release it overseas? Not sure who owns iam8bit, or if they have an overseas branch?
