Gosh, it's strange to see people having lovely art in MSPaint in general. The fact you also animated this in MSPaint also just gives me so much amazement
This is gorgeous! Did you use Paint's limited inbuilt transparancy system to move the land out of the way in order to draw each frame of the waves "below" it, or did you use a different tool for that?
