EG droids were assassin droids specially programed to kill Jedi and used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems for covert operations during the Clone Wars. Models of EG droid included EG-5 Jedi Hunter droid, EG-07 as well as it's prototypes: EG-1, EG-2, EG-3 and EG-4.
