besides being sick as shit, i feel like the new op sells the stakes of PALISADE extremely well!! grungy guitars and PARTIZAN-like shrieking dissonance keep us grounded in the ground-level struggle against empire - determined, angry, and desperate. but there are also these bright, clean notes of rapturous possibility. thats THEMES, baby! fucking beautiful. makes me want to shoot lightning at a cop car. cant wait to hear more!
