It was inevitable - I'm doing a Let's Play of Elnard!!
I talk about this a bit in the intro, but you probably know this game by its English release, The 7th Saga. They really wanted to crank up the difficulty for The 7th Saga to (imo) disastrous results, making the game extremely tedious and pretty un-fun.
HOWEVER, this game means a lot to me. This was my first every RPG before I even knew what an RPG was. My mom and dad both played it, and my earliest memories are of watching them beat the bosses and explore what felt like a huge mysterious world.
I'm playing an English patch of Elnard, primarily to cut out a bit of tedium and progress through the game at a faster pace than is possible in The 7th Saga. Enjoy!
