PomPoison put the call out for testimonials of how Gumroad's hastily enacted ban on adult-oriented material has impacted artists who were using it as a storefront, in preparation to file a class action lawsuit against Mastercard. Most of these bans (they've also hit Patreon, Squarespace, and others) come down to these places being scared of payment processors locking them out, so if there's ever going to be a change in how confident these platforms are with adult content creators, it'll problem come down to the payment processors taking tangible hits for indiscriminately targeting those creators.
