So... This freebie HP PC I picked up from the dump recently can play HD DVDs. You know, HD DVDs, the thing that lost to Blu-ray in the late 2000s.
Seriously, this screams 2007. Glossy piano black plastics everywhere, Windows Vista Home Premium, and of course, the ability to play movies on a format that would die three months after this PC was built. Now to wait for all the HD DVDs I bought cheap off eBay to arrive so I can properly see if this works.

I'm Sutekh (he/him), I'm bi/pan, I'm in my late 20s, and I'm finally out of waitlist purgatory! Now I just need to leave the purgatory that's Tennessee. Yes, I'm another one of those people who made an account here when Twitter started dying. Heck, that even got me to perform exceptional acts of necromancy on my Tumblr. All that said, I'll still be active on Twitter for now, since that's where my art tends to get the most attention. But Cohost has been amazing so far, and I'll likely start posting my older art here soon.
Other interests of mine include retro computing/gaming/console stuff, music that's everything from heavy metal to tracker stuff, and anime/manga things.
