Try to bring joy into the world. Tell your friends you love them. Always be kind. Eat well. Laugh whenever you can. Quietly enjoy the gentle moments of nature. Be curious about all things. Wonder at the complexity of the creatures around you. Listen to good music and sing along to your favourite songs. Do a little dance sometimes when making your lunch. Make out with somebody hot. Look up at the stars and think.
