Okay, so this is kind of complicated but I'll give some perks and spells to look out for
Good Perks:
-Literally any of the immunity perks(including oil blood and exploding corpses)
-Edit wands everywhere
-permanent shield
-any of the repulsion field perks
-any of the healing perks, provided that you're okay with the max hp loss from vampirism
perk combos:
-stainless armor and repelling cape: cape makes it harder to get stains (blood, toxic sludge, etc), armor gives you armor if you have no active stain
-stainless armor and invisibility: basically makes you invisible unless you cast or kick
-eat your veggies and iron stomach: ideally you want iron stomach first, load up your fullness, then pick up eat your veggies for a VERY good damage buff
bad perks:
-DO NOT pick up teleportisis or teleportitis dodge, TRUST me
-all the lukki and leggy mutation perks suck
-no wand editing (do NOT)
Good spells:
-any draw spells (double cast, double scatter spell, etc)
-anything to speed up your wand (chainsaw, luminous drill, etc)
-TRIGGERS (timers too, I guess) ((they let you cast a spell after a projectile hits, so you can do stuff like basically shoot chainsaws))
General advice:
-go all the way to the right in the mines, pick up the emerald tablet. You can equip it and click on enemies to throw it, and it'll do physics damage which is very good early on, and sometimes it'll give you a trick kill (double gold)
-don't rush after gold if it's a dangerous place
-prioritize having water in early biomes (water puts out fire, and turns toxic sludge into more water)
-Make sure to go all the way to the left or right to find new biomes
