i love him. his voice acting is so hammy that he feels authentically 90s. his animation is also very good at replicating that specific type of animating from a bygone era that can only be done by an animator who doesnt have a very good idea of what direction to take it in bc maybe the storyboards are unclear, and once the animation is complete there's no time to go back and reanimate anything bc the deadline is fast approaching and animation technology is still decades away from allowing for instant rendering and compositing which will give clients an autocratic level of control over projects and constantly demand retakes which will strip away any of the uniqueness from the touch of the individual animator
